March 28, 2008 I researched a number of other Duct Cleaning companies in Sacramento and Roseville, before selecting California Air Duct Cleaning. When I spoke with the owner of California Air Duct Cleaning, Randy Kienast, I was impressed with the level of detail he gave to the process. I was conviced that he would do a moch more thorough job for us. Randy did not disappoint! When he showed me the ducts “before and after” cleaning - it was impressive! Some companies offered to clean out ducts for $100 in 1-2 hours. I don’t see how these companies could do the complete cleaning of the entire system that is required. Tandy takes the time to do the detailed cleaning that you need. Thanks, Randy!

January 24, 2008, I had obviously waited too long to have my dryer vent cleaned. Our new dryer was not doing it’s job and I new why, the vent was clogged because it had never been serviced. Not only was the vent clogged, it was filled with wet stringy lint that balled up through out 25+ feet of vent hose. Randy knew this job was not going to be easy, however, instead of complaining it just made him more determined to make sure I had a good air flow again. Randy spent the extra tiem dealing with the soggy mess in my vent. He also replaced my old flex tube from the dryer to the wall with a new one. I’ll definately have Randy back for another cleaning before things get this bad again!

Thanks again for your awesome service. I called in the morning and had someone at my house that same afternoon. My dryer vent was so clogged it was taking 3-4 cycles to dry a load of clothes. When I saw how much lint was taken out of the vent, I shudder to think of the fire hazard.

We hired Randy to clean out our air ducts and what a difference it made for our Land Park home! The house was built in 1937 and there must have been 70 years of dirt and dust accumulated. Once Randy’s high-tech system cleaned out the ducts, the house smelled better, we could breathe better, and our allergies were reduced. Randy also retrofitted a filter box to keep the air cleaner, patched up holes in the duct system and properly sealed the ducts to the registers. The house actually heats faster now! My wife and I would like to sincerely thank-you for the incredible job you did on our dryer vent. We bought a new dryer for $600.00 and it was still taking an hour and a half to dry our kids clothes.

Now after you serviced our vent top to bottom, it takes forty-five minutes. I only wish I had called you sooner. Thanks for all the information you gave me while you were here also. We will call soon about our house vents too.
