From the first consultation call, Randy was amazing. The way I would describe Randy is “old school (which is a sincere compliment), hands-down quality service.” All too often it seems that the level of service received in current times lack a true sense of dedication and eagerness of upholding to the essence of what true customer service is meant to be.
However, Randy brought back the feeling of the days of when one can be confident that the ‘work’ or repair(s) is being done right, and that you aren’t being taken advantage of. Our home is a older home, and even when Randy realized he needed to go about cleaning our air ducts using a different route (causing him to have to do extra work and to stay a bit longer), Randy did not charge us for the extra time and work. Stands by his word, great personality.
Now, our A/C is blowing out cooler and cleaner air. Thanks Randy!
