January 24, 2008, I had obviously waited too long to have my dryer vent cleaned. Our new dryer was not doing it’s job and I new why, the vent was clogged because it had never been serviced. Not only was the vent clogged, it was filled with wet stringy lint that balled up through out 25+ feet of vent hose. Randy knew this job was not going to be easy, however, instead of complaining it just made him more determined to make sure I had a good air flow again. Randy spent the extra tiem dealing with the soggy mess in my vent. He also replaced my old flex tube from the dryer to the wall with a new one. I’ll definately have Randy back for another cleaning before things get this bad again!
