December 2007
After a disastrous experience using a dishonest air duct cleaning service (from a coupon we received in the mail), Randy came to our rescue to not only get our furnace running again free of charge (the first company left it not working), but showed us what a poor job (and poor is putting it mildly) they had done for us. Not having this service ever done in our home before, we really didn’t know what air duct & furnace cleaning entailed. When Randy arrived with his heavy-duty equipment and not only explained to us, but showed us, what he was doing, we knew we were in good hands. He was punctual, polite, and efficient. He worked tirelessly to do an excellent job for us at a very reasonable price. Don’t be tempted to use the companies offering “bargain” coupons as we did. They can be, as we found out, extremely deceptive, unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. They not only did “minimal” work to clean our air ducts, they recommended approximately $2,000 worth of upgraded (and unnecessary) equipment to our furnace system and vents.
Like Randy’s motto states, “Do it Right the First Time.” Air duct cleaning is not something you do every day. When it’s time to have it done, “Do it Right the First Time.” Call Randy. We recommend him enthusiastically.
